Brianna Solis brings human resources and customer service experience to the Ethos team in her HR Specialist role. Before joining Ethos, Brianna’s HR responsibilities included recruitment, onboarding, leaves of absence, offer letters, and program/project launches for a California franchise with 7,000 employees across six states. She is also experienced with the ADP platform. Additionally, Brianna spent time honing her customer service skills at a spa in Sedona for several years before specializing in HR.

In her current role, Brianna assists clients with electronic onboarding and applicant tracking. Her passion lies in helping employees navigate employee relations issues and resolving possible challenges.

Originally from Santa Barbara, CA, and having spent time in Sedona, AZ, Brianna currently resides in South OC. Beyond her professional expertise, she is a certified yoga instructor and Reiki master. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking in the local area and occasional trips to Disneyland. She has two loyal work companions, Mable, her Chiweenie, and Nona, a Marble Papillon mix.
