Erin Brady joined our team in July 2021 as our Sr. HR Consultant/Recruiter. Erin provides general HR consulting to our clients, including handling employee relations and performance issues, managing leaves of absences, developing policies and writing handbooks, and offering strategic advice on all human capital-related issues. She will create Success Profiles, write job descriptions, and recruit top talent for clients.
Erin’s background includes working in marketing, finance, and sales industries, before focusing her talents on HR consulting. She is an experienced recruiter and managed employee relations and training and development programs in her previous positions. Her versatile experience allows her to understand the nuances in job requirements and identify qualified candidates during the recruiting process, whether she is recruiting for entry-level positions or C-Level executives.
Erin earned her BA, Interior Architecture, from Brooks College and her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). Erin resides in Orange County with her daughter, Abigail (14), golden retriever Jack, and a cat named Ed after Ed Sheeran.
