Stephanie joined our team in April 2025, bringing a strong understanding of payroll complexities from both the standpoint of running an individual company’s payroll and also managing multiple payroll accounts at a professional employer organization (PEO). She began her career at a recruiting firm and transitioned into a role that blended human resources and payroll responsibilities. She has experience onboarding, offboarding, and processing certified payroll for government employees.

At Insperity, she handled client payroll for companies of all sizes. There, she became the go-to contact for payroll support and mentored new hires, helping them succeed and grow into more prominent roles.

Stephanie enjoys the payroll process because it allows her to use her attention to detail in a way that directly impacts people. She takes ensuring employees’ pay is correct and timely very seriously since this is their livelihood. Stephanie takes time to educate employees on how to read and understand their payroll statements, believing this is one way to build trust with the employees inside a company.

Stephanie earned her Human Resources Certification from UC Irvine, is a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), and is bilingual in English and Spanish. She lives in San Bernardino County with her partner, their three young children (two daughters and a son), and their Great Dane, Onyx. When she’s not working, she enjoys dancing, watching movies, and spending time with her family.
