Stacey Springer joined the Ethos team as a Payroll Specialist in September 2024, bringing over 20 years of payroll expertise. Her career began with implementation projects at ADP, where she built a strong foundation in payroll operations. Her expertise includes client product support, where she excels at troubleshooting complex issues, from time and attendance integrations to blended overtime calculations.

Stacey has extensive experience across multiple payroll platforms and is highly skilled in navigating the complexities of multi-state payroll processing and regulatory compliance. She is passionate about educating clients on their platform’s capabilities and empowering them to work more efficiently.

A Southern California native, Stacey is thrilled to live near her children. In her downtime, she enjoys cheering for LA’s sports teams—the Dodgers, Chargers, and Clippers—and spending time with her recently adopted cat, Gemma, who keeps her company while working.
