Sarai is a results-oriented Human Resources and Payroll professional with experience across the non-profit, construction, hospitality, online retail, and professional services industries. She has provided comprehensive support in HR compliance, employee relations, certified payroll, and union reporting for Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego counties. With over 13 years of hands-on payroll administration experience, Sarai has mastered various payroll platforms and successfully led multiple payroll conversions and implementations for organizations ranging from 5 to 250 employees.

In her current role as a Human Resources Consultant at Ethos HCS, Sarai supports multiple clients by providing expert guidance in payroll and HR compliance. Her work includes research, analysis, and troubleshooting of complex payroll transactions involving accruals, wage garnishments, a variety of deductions, and leaves of absence—often where these issues intersect. She is also the firm’s go-to expert on the Workshare Program and Unemployment Insurance.

Sarai earned her MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management from La Sierra University and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Outside of work, Sarai is a devoted mother to her 8-year-old son, Matteo. Together, they enjoy traveling and making new memories. His curiosity and love for learning inspire Sarai to embrace new experiences and live life to the fullest.
