Naya joined the Ethos HCS team as Principal Consultant with more than 17 years of progressive experience in the field. Naya has a proven track record of delivering results in various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.

Naya’s experience working with diverse industries and ability to build strong relationships with employees and management makes her a natural fit for the Ethos organization and clients. She enjoys helping companies modernize and streamline their HR process and practices while working to increase employee satisfaction and retention.

Naya is bilingual in English/Spanish and is a Professionals in Human Resources Association, PIHRA member. She currently resides in Orange County with her husband and 2-year-old daughter. As a busy toddler mom, she doesn’t get much free time, but when she does, she enjoys a movie night out with her husband.
