Melissa Araya joined the Ethos team in April 2022 as a Recruiter. She brings over 13 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, along with six years of HR management and healthcare regulatory compliance expertise. Since 2012, Melissa has successfully recruited for roles at all levels, from support staff to C-suite positions.

She partners closely with hiring managers to understand the organization, culture, and role requirements, allowing her to craft targeted recruitment strategies and onboarding plans that set new hires up for success.

Melissa lives in San Clemente, CA, with her partner, son, and their dog, Mika. You’ll likely find her at the beach, camping, or in her workshop crafting furniture when she’s not working. Inspired by her father and grandfather, Melissa proudly continues their woodworking tradition.
