Erin Brady joined Ethos HCS in July 2021 as a Senior Human Resources Consultant. She is an expert in all things people, whether navigating sensitive employee relations, coaching managers through tough conversations, or transforming HR chaos into calm, compliant order. Erin’s superpower lies in making the “human” in Human Resources truly meaningful, while still keeping things polished and professional.

She works closely with clients to address performance challenges, manage leaves of absence, craft thoughtful policies, and build workplaces where people genuinely want to work. While Erin is highly skilled in recruiting top talent, her passion is helping leaders become effective people managers and aligning HR strategies with business goals in ways that make sense for real-world teams.

Before joining Ethos, Erin built a diverse background in tech, marketing, finance, and sales. This broad experience gives her a unique edge when advising executives, developing training programs, or figuring out why “Dave in accounting” still hasn’t mastered his time sheet.

Erin holds a BA in Interior Architecture from Brooks College and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). She lives in Orange County with her teenage daughter, her golden retriever Jack—who is decidedly unhelpful on Zoom calls—and a cat named Ed, who was named after Ed Sheeran but has more attitude and far fewer chart-topping hits.
