Brianna Solis brings human resources and customer service experience to the Ethos team in her Human Resources Specialist role. Before joining Ethos, Brianna’s HR responsibilities included recruitment, onboarding, leaves of absence, offer letters, and program/project launches for a California franchise with 7,000 employees across six states. She is also experienced with the UKG and ADP platforms. Additionally, Brianna spent seven years honing her customer service skills at a spa in Sedona before specializing in HR.

In her current role, Brianna assists clients with electronic onboarding and applicant tracking. Her passion lies in helping employees navigate employee relations issues and resolving possible challenges. She draws on her years of customer service experience to support employees with empathy and practical guidance as they face the day-to-day challenges of the workplace.

Originally from Santa Barbara, CA, and having lived in Sedona, AZ, Brianna currently resides in South OC. Beyond her professional expertise, she is a certified yoga instructor and Reiki master. Outside work, she enjoys Reformer Pilates, crafting, thrift shopping, and reading. She has two loyal work companions, Mable, her Chiweenie, and Nona, a Papillon mix.
