Harassment Prevention Training
Many states require harassment prevention training for supervisors and employees. Requirements vary by jurisdiction. We help employers stay compliant with the specific laws that apply to their workforce.
Each state has different training requirements. We provide required training and compliance with applicable state laws.
California requires all employers with five or more employees to provide sexual harassment prevention training every two years.
- Supervisors and Managers must complete two hours of training within 6 months of hire or promotion and every two years thereafter.
- All other employees (full-time, part-time, temporary, and seasonal) must complete one hour of training within 6 months of hire and every two years thereafter.
- Specialized training for the Janitorial Industry is also available.

Workplace Violence Prevention Training & Plan (WVPP)
As of July 1, 2024, California Senate Bill 553 requires nearly all employers to develop, implement, and maintain a written Workplace Violence Prevention Plan (WVPP) and provide training for all employees.
Workplace violence isn’t limited to physical attacks. It includes:
- Threats or verbal abuse
- Intimidation or harassment from coworkers, customers, or clients
- Domestic violence that extends into the workplace
- Aggressive behavior in healthcare, retail, and service environments
