Recruiting Manager
Melissa Araya joined the Ethos team in April 2022 and now leads our recruitment services as Recruiting Manager. She began recruiting in 2012 and has successfully placed candidates in roles ranging from support staff to C-suite leadership. Melissa also brings six years of HR management and healthcare regulatory compliance experience, allowing her to approach hiring with both a strategic and compliance-focused lens.
She partners closely with hiring managers to understand the organization, culture, and role requirements, allowing her to craft targeted recruitment strategies and onboarding plans that set new hires up for success.
Melissa lives in San Clemente, CA, with her partner, son, and their dog, Mika. You’ll likely find her at the beach, camping, or in her workshop crafting furniture when she’s not working. Inspired by her father and grandfather, Melissa proudly continues their woodworking tradition.
