Eighteen years ago, I took a leap of faith and started this company – right in the middle of a recession (yes, that recession!) Some people may have thought it too risky, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions I have made.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of working alongside 834 incredible clients, dedicated Ethos team members, and generous referral partners who have shared their trust, time, and talents with me. Each relationship, each project, and each challenge has helped shape Ethos into what it is today.
