We live our values and enthusiastically look for opportunities where we can be of service to others.

Ethos in the Community
At Ethos, The Magic of Human Connection® extends beyond the workplace. It’s the foundation of how we serve our clients, our community, and one another. We believe meaningful change begins with people—one act of kindness, one conversation, one connection at a time.
Our team takes community involvement to heart. Each year, members of the Ethos team become the Badass FUNraising Force in support of the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. Together, we raise funds, share awareness, and honor the people and families impacted by this disease. It’s a cause especially close to our hearts. Did you know that nearly two-thirds of those living with Alzheimer’s are women? Many of us have personal stories with friends and family impacted by Alzeimer’s and it is the reason why we want to show up for this vital organization.
In 2025, we also launched a Random Acts of Kindness Challenge, a team initiative that invites each of us to give in ways that matter personally. Some of our favorite moments included donating books to children’s hospitals, knitting hats for cancer patients, treating strangers to dinner, supporting local food banks, and sending JoyJars® to kids fighting cancer through the Never Ever Give Up (NEGU®) Jessie Rees Foundation. These small acts remind us that kindness has a ripple effect, it brings joy to others and fills us with gratitude.
Every December, as part of our celebration of gratitude, we donate to and highlight different nonprofit organizations in our newsletter to help amplify their missions and encourage others to get involved. It’s our way of keeping connection and compassion at the center of the season.
