Linda Duffy, known as The People Problem Solver®, is the Founder and President of Ethos Human Capital Solutions. Her genius for engineering effective workplace cultures is praised by clients, business strategists, and employment attorneys. Linda is known for targeting each client’s needs to align the right people, systems, and culture to help organizations achieve their goals. Ethos’s clients include high-tech businesses, manufacturing firms, non-profit organizations, and sole practitioners, and they specialize in addressing the unique challenges of Founder/CEO-led and family-owned businesses.
With over 30 years of executive HR and consulting experience, Linda holds an MBA from Webster University and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. She is also certified in Everything DiSC®, The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™, and PXT Select™, among other leadership and assessment tools. A sought-after speaker, Linda regularly presents at HR conferences and business forums. Linda has a passion for travel, especially by cruise ship. When not working with clients or setting sail, she’s cheering on her favorite teams, the Anaheim Ducks and the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. A lifelong baseball fan, her dream is to watch the Angels play in every Major League ballpark. She even named her Bichon, King Louisville Slugger, “King Louie” for short.
