Kimberly comes to Ethos Human Capitol Solutions with over 15 years in Corporate, Executive recruiting and consulting. Her early career was in operations working for distributors, retailers, and service organizations. Making the move from operations to Human Resources was a natural transition for her, allowing her passion for People Engagement and Development to foster while bringing with that, strong business acumen.
Kimberly says “I believe strongly in providing a positive candidate experience throughout the process of recruitment, as it makes an impact on long term retention. Helping a client to prepare, to know who they need and what they want this person to accomplish once they come on board, is what starts the entire recruitment efforts on the right foot not only for the company, but especially for those candidates.”
Kimberly has broad experience in Talent Acquisition, with knowledge of recruiting process and design, building recruiting teams, staffing strategies, succession/workforce planning, identifying qualified professionals and matching them to the right company. She is DDI certified, specializing in management training in interviewing, candidate selection and hiring. She has built and driven talent management and acquisition programs in rapidly developing, changing environments. She has managed talent projects for on-boarding, Performance Management, Learning /Development, Career/Succession Management, Change Management and Competency Models.
“Clients have so many challenges to keep their business thriving and working towards their desired goals; they can sometimes put recruiting, staffing and talent selection on a back burner. I love to help them identify and secure just the right person, and make the process a positive one.”
There are many things that keep her grounded, but first and foremost is her very engaging teenage daughter, her amazing love and husband, Harvey, and their two fur babies; Louie and Humphrey. Whether they are debating the merits of Kim’s favorite NFL team, the Bears, the incredible addition of a LA’s home team of the Rams, or Harvey’s love of the Raiders, and their daughter’s lack of love of the sport altogether; they stay humble and happy. They keep Kimberly ready for the trenches of recruiting and her love of writing. She is a mom, a friend, a book worm, and always in search of…everything!
