Kelly joined the Ethos team as our Principal Consultant and has over 20 years of human capital experience in various industries, including technology, software, telecommunications, and healthcare. Her expertise includes talent management, policy creation, skills training, coaching, conflict resolution, legal compliance, compensation, and performance management.

Kelly thrives on finding solutions to support business owners and employees to simplify and streamline HR processes. She has created COVID-19 prevention plans and conducted training to ensure our clients know how to comply with Cal/OSHA emergency temporary standards.

Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science, Business Administration – Human Resources Management at California State University, Sacramento, and her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and her SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Kelly is a native of Southern California and currently resides in Orange County with her husband Greg. She is the mother of three sons and has two young grandchildren. She shares an office with her “co-worker” Macie, a wonderful black and white border collie.
